We recently had my daughter’s 13th birthday party at West Park. We opted for a private party , it was a great value and a wonderful option to have during this pandemic. Jamie and Laurie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect to make her day special. They were busy cleaning and sanitizing the building when we arrived. I was able to send a list of her favorite songs ahead of time so she was thrilled to hear only “her” music, they played her favorite games. There was nothing more we could have asked for.

West Park was closing yesterday when my 8 year old and I arrived. But, they made her so so happy, and she felt so important, as she truly is. They gave her free skate rental, the floor all to herself, and great music. What great people to do that for a child, who has been thru so much at such a young age...I am so grateful to these ladies. I don't know many folks here, but these ladies sure showed me there are a few kind folks around. Thank you so much. You really made her day. We are grateful to you. You rock!

They kicked us out right in the middle of our nephews birthday party after trying the charge us over 550! The party was booked a month in advance and they change the prices of everything at the door as we were walking in. Then refused us a refund. They provided no drinks or food after stating in was part of the party package. The owner was EXTREMELY rude about the whole situation. And then called the cops on us for not leaving promptly when asked to when there was 14 children to redress. Definitely not anything like when I was a kid.
