I have only Great things to say about Alden. My father received amazing care while he was at Alden. It is beautiful and clean. The staff is like no other. Most importantly they are loving and kind to the residents and their families. I would highly recommend them.

My sister-in-law is there right now and has said how lovely it is and that the food is great. But the help is nowhere to be found. If she needs to use the bed pan it takes 1 hour for someone to answer her call, then it takes them 1 hour to return. She has repeatedly asked for her clothes that were sent to the laundry but no one has bothered to return them. She asked to speak with her social worker but still hasn’t seen her at all! So much for the care! Wouldn’t recommend!!!
My mother has been in there for two days. So far, the care has been horrible. She waits over an hour to get a nurse, the Director of Nursing is nowhere to be found, and when I just called the main number (at 16:30 CST) there was no answer.... the phone just disconnected after 15 rings. I will call my mother back and if she hasn't been seen, I am going to have to call 911... this is ridiculous...
My care lasted 10 days. During that time I received outstanding care . The rehab practitioners helped me progress and the food was excellent. not to overlook a very pleasant environment .
