Not the company we started with 20 yrs ago. Enough said, they cant keep good help and bookkeeping is a thing of the past of witch you pay for their lack of attention to service
Hands down, this is the best company in town for all your gas needs. They go above and beyond the call of duty especially when no other company is willing to go the extra mile, even after you tell them that you would be willing to pay extra. If you want a dependable company who will give it to you straight and not let you down, no need to look anywhere else. They made a customer for life by just being willing to help my family out during my deployment. They bend over backwards and support the military. I would recommend them to anyone and will remain loyal for life. I simply cannot say enough good things about them. I especially want to say a personal thank you from the bottom of my heart to the manager Mr. Billy Brown who literally went out of his way to help my family and I. Your kindness and generosity will not be forgotten.
Worse gas company ever! Their tank that I pay to rent leaked out 100 gallons of gas over a period of time.They sent someone out to check the tank for a leak, while talking to me on the phone and telling me the tank was not leaking and saying they would have to do a leak test in my house at no charge ,my wife had to show the guy that the tank was leaking. They fixed the tank the next day and told me they would only reimburse me for 25% of what was in there. A week later I got a bill in the mail for 100 for them coming out and fixing their property. Called the main office and a guy called me back and basically called me a liar and said that he wouldn't have given me any gas back. This company has horrible customer service at a store level and at a regional level. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
