After our first encounter with Joel from Carpet One, we knew we were in good hands. Joel came to the house, made his measurements and walked us through the process and made some excellent recommendations. The hardwoods we have in the house were no longer carried however Carpet One had the perfect match in stock and wasted no time getting us taken care of. The install crew was fast and courteous from start to finish. A job well done by all. We intend to have the rest of our house completed later in 2021 and will certainly be back with them to complete the job.

Their prices were very fair for a very good quality of engineered hardwood that we had installed in several rooms. The main gentleman communicating with me here during installation was great and they were immaculate in their clean up while working and when finished. Great service and installation. Kathy helped us figure out which carpet we needed without any pressure. We asked a few questions, she was very helpful and we quickly narrowed down our search. Once we decided on carpet and tested out different pads, they came out and measured the same day. We had the installers out the next week and they did a fantastic job. It was notably better than the prior work -- no seams visible, transitions next to hard floors were perfect. Overall, a great experience and worth working with carpet specialists rather than the big box stores.

The installers were amazing! Nothing in my house is square or level, and they solved every problem (for this room,he had to cut under the fireplace, and made it fit perfectly!).
