I wish I could write separate reviews for Labor/Delivery and Recovery I would because they where night and day difference. Labor and Delivery was absolutely terrible! They get absolutely no stars. The first nurse made Rudd inappropriate comments and the second, though much better than the first, was to occupied with what was going on in her other room. Neither nurse followed the doctors orders and he was not happy when he arrived. There was no soap in the bathroom or hand sanitizer. We asked the nurse about it right away. She said she would get someone on it. She did not. The next nurse 6 hours later finally got it taken care of. On the other hand, all the nurses and staff on the recovery floor where great! They get 5 stars! My only complaint up there was a “celebratory dinner” was not good but we didn’t come there for the food so still 5 stars. That makes my overall rating a two. I wish I could review them separate or average it out to a three but Labor and Delivery was just that bad.

The staff here for recovery (surgery) are AMAZING! I had Baliee, Bonnie, & Belinda ( & traniee but I can’t remember her name). When I tell you they go above & beyond, that’s an understatement! Thank you ladies for being extremely kind, patient, & attentive to me! I also had a great tech named Yazmin. She’s so sweet & patient. You ladies make recovery easy & less stressful. You guys are truly amazing :)

We were there for 2 1/2 days while my granddaughter was born. Every single person we came into contact with was so nice, friendly, and helpful. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone includes housekeeping, cafeteria, and security also. Loved them all ️️️

My daughter has been in the hospital for over 20 days due to premature labor. Her nurses and tech's have been outstanding. They bend over backward to see that she is comfortable and has all she needs. The only negative is the erratic service of her meals. She rarely gets what she orders. Perhaps they should work for tips. On behalf of the kitchen, I am sure the quarantine has hampered their productivity. At least they are friendly!
