This place is horrible! My friend was having horrible chest pains and felt like he was having a heart attack and had to wait almost 5 hours to even be seen! They have taken his blood and done an ekg on him all in the waiting room! No privacy! They do not take their patients seriously and they need some serious evaluation! What kind of hospital is this!

Doctors and Nurses were very friendly. They took great care of me place was extremely busy tho. But with Covid you can understand. These are real doctors and nurses not some damn tiktok dancing loons. One of the best hospitals I ever have been in!

Very slow . THEY HAD ME WAITING FROM 12 am - 6 in the morning . They didn’t bother to help me until I opened my mouth and asked “ what am I I waiting on “. Redicolous . LOL IF YOU WANT TO LIVE DONT GO HERE !

Dan, Megan, (and I think her name was Jamie/Jane the ultrasound lady) were such great helps! I came around 11:30 at night because I was experiencing LLQ pain, and I’m pregnant (6wks) They did a pelvic exam, blood tests, urine tests, and ultrasound for me. The radiologist was super helpful and straight-forward. It took about 4 1/2 hours but you SHOULD expect to wait that long. I don’t understand how people wanna come into a hospital and only spend 20 minutes. Yes i got home late, but the overall experience was worth it. Front desk was helpful and straight to the point and I admired that 110%. I will be returning (if needed) & recommending everyone to this hospital.

I would not send my worse enemies here, I'm in with colitis, this is the most painful thing I have ever experienced. I was prescribed pain meds as needed, it had been 4 hours since last pain meds, requested, even begged in tears for pain meds, it took 4 hours to get pain relief. I would not treat an animal this bad! I will be going to conroe from now on, and I will not let my family or friends come here.
