If you are thinking about an aerial experience, this is the place to go! Everything is amazing about HypnotQ Island from the ambiance to the instructors. This experience is great for all fitness levels! The stretching was my favorite and being inverted! Great for a girls or guys night out! Love this place and can not wait to go back!
