The staff is awesome! Once you walk in the door you become a part of the Texas Investments family; they provide guidance throughout the house buying process and work with the loan companies until closing to make sure you get the best deal. Customers should make sure to factor in lighting and plumbing costs, although moving and skirting will be done by their contractors. However, they still provide exceptional service after the deal is closed.
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Very pleasant experience picked out a beautiful cabin with Ginger's help. She was very patient and helpful. Now waiting on cabin to be delivered.
