A great meal every time! Obviously a pricey option, which is reflected in how well you're treated here. Every time I've visited, the owner has come by the table to welcome our party and give the experience a more personal feel.

We have a tradition of going to the melting pot for my birthday each year - this year was among the good ones! Our server was new, but awesome! He gave us a riddle to solve and had some of the best service I've had in a long time. I can't remember his name, but big southern man that knows the menu and pairings well, I recommend him so HIGHLY!! He made that night and meal fantastic!

This was one of the greatest "special occasion" restaurants I have been to. The 4 course meals are a good value, offering a large selection of items for each person to try. I would highly recommend seafood in the main course, and definitely do not skip dessert. This is the shining star of the meal in my opinion. It is a little on the pricey side, so probably best for a nice date night or special occasion.

My family had recently moved to Huntsville and I had a friend visiting from St.Louis (where they have several Melting Pots and I have been to them all when I lived there. However, she had never been) and I wanted to treat her to a Ladies Night Special I recieved in my email. When we arrived for our reservation we were seated very quickly and welcomed in very warmly. We were shown to the most wonderful little booth and shortly after had the pleasure of meeting our server. She (I believe her name was Abby? She did mention it clearly but I'm terrible with names) was so sweet, so patient, and was a delight all evening! The food was of course amazing and my friend was blown away with how much fun we had! The owner stopped by our table at the beginning of the meal to welcome us and then again at the end to thank us for comimg in!\u003cbr\u003eWith all of this being said, this was my favorite meal I have ever had at a Melting Pot. I will be returning many many times!

Really enjoyed.. this was my first time at the Huntsville Location. I must say there is no quick access to this location with it being in the middle of Bridge Street, but worth the stroll along... our waiter, David, was very informative and timely with each course. The food was great, the atmosphere was nice and the two person table was very personal and intimate.. The Spinach and Artichoke cheese dip is great, but if u are not a garlic fan, be sure to ask for only a small amount.. looking forward to our next Visit... GREAT EXPERIENCE...

I went for New Year's Eve and this was my first time ever fonduing! Me and my fiancé really enjoyed it and found it to be very hands on and entertaining. The staff was great and even the owner check in with us to ensure that we had everything that we needed and were satisfied customers. If you are looking for a great meal that will stretch to be at least a two hour event, look no further. I recommend that you go on an empty stomach because you get your money's worth.

So sad to hear they are closing at the end of March. Excellent service and Mr. Steve is fantastic. You will all be missed dearly.
