Everyone was courteous and helpful. They changed my oil, filter and rotated my tires. They also greased my brake pedal but it began squeaking the same way the next day . This is the second time this has been repaired but it may be one of those unfixable things.

This is my third great experience with Hurd Automall overall and it confirmed that they really do go above and beyond as always. I live in North Carolina but have always purchased through them. For my most recent purchase, one of the salesman was willing to drive my new car down halfway for me to pick up, which was extremely convenient. There was no extra fee for this. I appreciate the customer service calls and emails I receive to make sure I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and service, which I am. I would absolutely recommend coming to Hurd for your auto purchase - they are so knowledgeable and friendly, and I really appreciate the family and friends touch that they offer. I don't feel like they are trying to \sell\ me anything, but truly want me to be happy with my purchase. I love my new GMC Terrain!

Salesperson (Amandarose) was great. The vehicle I was interested in was warmed up and ready when I arrived. Price negotiations went well and I was able to review overnight and secure the new vehicle with a deposit the next morning. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I will be back.
