I recently bought a new Navigator here. My salesperson was great, but the finance guy never returned my calls to verify that they'd gotten the (large) wire transfer for my down payment, despite leaving messages on his cell and office numbers and asking my salesperson to have him call me. The only way I found out was when I eventually got the loan paperwork from Lincoln Financial Services in the mail and it was for the correct amount, and not the full \in case we don't get your down payment\ amount.
