I had a great experience at Preston Mazda. Alison helped me get serviced the same day as well as providing a great loaner car. She had great communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. She has great customer service skills. I live 40 miles from Preston Mazda but will definitely use them in the future for any car troubles because of my great experience and the customer service Alison provided.

Lots of businesses talk about providing a \great customer experience\ but few of them actually do what they say. Preston Auto Group (Ford, Nissan, Mazda, etc) actually delivers. After seeing a used truck internet listing that exactly matched my desired features at a great price, I spoke several times with salesperson Mallissa. She was absolutely awesome. Mallissa answered all of my many questions so that I felt it made sense to drive the five hours from North Carolina for a close look and test drive. The low mileage, late model pickup truck was just what I was looking for and I took it home. Working with Mallissa and her manager Chris was as smooth as silk. They were personable, articulate, professional and, best of all, no-pressure folks. When I'm ready to replace my wife's car with a brand new vehicle I'll be calling Preston and Mallissa again. Well worth the drive.
