Awful. They have no competition therefore they can treat the consumer poorly. I would love to go with another waste management service, even paying twice what I pay waste management, however there is no other residential service provider. I looked.

It's 3:15am & this company is waking everyone in the neighborhood up emptying trash cans in the middle of the night. Totally insane, glad I am just visiting this city! If I lived here, you can rest assured a county ordinance would he passed prohibiting this. Pick the trash up after 7am!
