Alex Valencia came out yesterday and quickly solved our issue with our heater. We were on rolling blackouts and he offered to wait til our power came back on, about 5-10minutes. He was very efficient & thoughtful. I was very pleased with his service & especially thankful he came so quickly . We have used AirCo for years & always got great service. Thank you Alex.

On the first really cold day of 2021....my heat stopped working! A fast call to AirCo and your dispatcher was on it...with a tech coming out SAME DAY! Justin was AMAZING. Showed up so fast, diagnosed the issue, formed a plan, explained the work-prices-time and did everything. Heat is working perfectly and I am super pleased. Purchased the year plan for my unit for preventative maintenance, it was a great deal! I had Air-Co install my system 11 years ago, and for the small things that have happened AirCo has been responsive, fair and fast! Highly recommend this company and Justin was just the most professional, polite and skilled tech I’ve ever had. Covid precautions were 100% and I felt totally at ease. After decades of great service, I was a little sad to hear my rep had retired, but I got another great one. Kristin, our new rep was very helpful when our system decided to go out on Christmas Day. She met with me the next day and we had Jose and David install the new system within two days. Outstanding customer service and the installation was courteous, professional and as smooth as glass. Outstanding AirCo! I guess I will use them for another 25 years!

I recently had our HVAC system replaced by AirCo in Hurst, Texas. Heidi came out to my house within two hours of when I first called their office number. She did a great job of explaining all the options available in the product line that I was considering. Once I made my decision she helped me through the entire ordering process. She’s a good one! The next morning Juan, Francisco and another helper arrived at my house to install my new unit. It took all day but they made sure everything was done right, including testing all functions and cleaning up. They graciously answered all my questions, of which there were many. I could tell they knew what they were dong. I’ld highly recommend looking at AirCo if your considering purchasing a new HVAC system. They really did a good job for me!
