Love, Love this place! The folks here are informative and kind. I went to them 10 years ago and again today. They were as welcoming this time as they were the first time I went. Very accommodating. I will continue to use them and refer others here.

I walked out of a closed MRI appointment twice. I’m claustrophobic and thought I had no options. My husband suggested the Open Upright MRI at ADI and it was perfect for me. I was anxious and stressed initially but Susan was excellent! She really helped me through the MRI process. The open upright MRI is the best route for those that are simply not comfortable with the closed MRI. I would give ADI a 10 if I could. Great service, Great environment and Great team!

Best MRI I ever experienced!! Very friendly people. The tech took all my fears away! It is totally different from the MRI's I had in the past. They didn't lay me down and slide me in that dreaded, dungeon, tube!! I actually sat up the whole time. Thank God for the new MRI experience and the helpful people there.

(LGTBQ Friendly) Incredibly kind and helpful staff and the most competitive prices on my insurance's website to be found. Christy in particular was still talking to me at 7:30 pm trying to help me with an issue I was having, and was right back at it at 7:45 the next morning! She was amazing, definitely did not need to go so far above and beyond to help me. In the course of one evening I was helped by Christy, the part-time tech, the full-time tech, and eventually we even got a response from the Radiologist on staff all trying to be sure it was safe for me to have an MRI. They definitely showed they cared and all put a lot of extra effort in to help. For transparency, the center my Dr referred me to quoted me over 700 for something that this facility ended up doing for 400. Very glad I shopped around and found them. Their reviews are better than the other place, too!
