They say no overnight parking. Then the first one at the gate gets unloaded first. But the over night parking trucks gets unloaded first. That is just wrong.

Terrible customer service. I went there to try to get a piece of siding. The lady that answered the door was very rude and condescending. I just wanted them to look at what I had so they can tell me if they had it or not. The response I got was \ do you have an account with us?\ \We can't sell you if you don't have an account\. I bought lumber here before but it is clear that if you are one of the \small\ guys they don't care. No offer was made to open an account. On top of that to make matters worse when I told her that she had terrible customer service she snapped and asked me very rudly if I wanted to talk to the manager. Honestly at that point I decided to go somewhere else. Well appearantely they were very offended that me ,the customer, expressed how I felt about their service because to intimidate me they started to take pics of me and my truck. Like I was some time of trouble maker. Note that I didn't insult anyone and I just hung out inside my truck for like 5 minutes because now I have to search for a good place that can sell to the little companies.

Shi tty company. One of their trucks has gravel on the bed from loading with fork lift and fell off and bounced up and cracked my windshield and shattered my sunroof. Driver was friendly and so was the manager I talked with. But when made claim to insurance company they denied paying for it. That's why we pay for insurance. But they told insurance company to deny me. That bs. So now I'm gonna have to waste more of mine and their time in court. Sorry bas stards.
