I originally was looking at another Alfa dealer. We had spent about 4 hours at another dealer getting the run around. They really tried to sell us on a car we didn’t want because it did not have everything we wanted. It was high pressure and after leaving that dealer, we received multiple calls daily from different people at the dealership trying to get us to take the car. I decided I would go look at Essence since the pricing seemed to be better than other dealers. I set up a time to look at a vehicle and was introduced to Johnny Tran. When I arrived, they pulled the vehicle around and left me to look at it alone. Johnny said to take my time and if I needed him he would be inside. It was fantastic! Once I decided I liked the car, I put down. 400 deposit for them to hold the vehicle to give my wife a chance to see it. We decided we wanted the car. With No haggle pricing, they did discount the additional warranty which was nice and we got the exact vehicle my wife wanted. We did all of the paperwork online and they worked to get us a great interest rate. When we showed up to pick up the car, they offered asked us about additional warranty and a tire and wheel warranty which we declined both and it was a no pressure sales pitch. We were out the door with our vehicle in 30 minutes. It was a great car buying experience and I would definitely go back to Essence when looking for a car. Ask for Johnny Tran, you will not be disappointed.
If you wish shopping for a car was like shopping for everything else in your life, then this is the place for you. Personally I HATE having to listen to the “dealership speech” about how this one is DIFFERENT and family owned and will treat me like and consider me part of the FAMILY. **Eye roll** Johnny Tran was a welcome relief to work with. He was professional, straight forward, and helpful. I told him what I was there for and he got me set up quickly. He asked me relevant questions and made the whole process as concise and easy as possible. If you have a bunch of time on your hands that you’re looking to waste and want to hear bad jokes about the weather...this may not be the place for you. If you’re looking to buy a luxury vehicle and get on with your life, like me, then this dealership is a great choice.

Bought a Alfa Romeo from out of state working with Johnny. He was very attentive and communicative at all times. This type of assistance is even more important when buying a car one has not seen in person. The car arrived and was exactly as presented by Johnny and Essence. Dealt 100% over the phone with Johnny Tran and it was very enjoyable. I provided him the model and trim package I was looking for and he sent me several to look at virtually.
