Hey Aquatic World, I called this store desperately needing help to keep my newest little swimmer alive. We took her up to the store they looked at her and knew immediately what she needed. They were very friendly to us. They even asked that we call them back in a day or two to let they know how our fish was doing, how sweet is that. We thank them so much. To new found friends....

Small but mighty! They’re so awesome I drive almost an hour! This is my very first fish tank experience and thanks to these guys I’m loving it! They are all very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and patient (I ask a lot of questions ️). If they don’t have it they’ll get it for you in a heartbeat and they actually care about who they get their fish from.
Stores like this are hard to find. I just went in here on a whim looking for live bacteria that a lot of places don’t carry. Instantly I could feel a much different vibe that I get from most pet stores. Micheal is one genuine and knowledgeable guy he just seems like he actually wants to help people learn and better there hobby. I was very impressed and they now have a customer for life I will go no where else. I can’t wait to go back and see this place grow.
I ordered some plants online. The plants came in good health and have been growing well. There was initially a problem with them being out of one thing I ordered, but that was fixed by Vanessa, and I'm very happy with what I received. Some of these plants are from Glass Aquatics.
Very attentive and the store is very clean and organized. However, one of the fish sold to us was to grow big for our tank and once fully big would eat the scales off our fish. We specifically made it clear the size of our tank and the type of fish to keep safe. If it was not for this I would have given 5 stars, because the service was great and they tried their best with what they knew.
