I started by emailing Shane. Told him my build, he made recommendations and even helped save money by recommending different parts. I then bought the parts brought them to the store and Brian built the desktop for me. Mind you, i spent a lot of money on this build, i could definitely tell that they valued my desktop like i did. They did an extremely great job. I am very pleased. They are super professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a pc built. Thanks PC help!!

I originally took my PC to this place because of all the positive reviews. They did not let me down. I think I had one of the strangest issues they’d ever encountered, but they maintained great communication with me. They had my PC for about 6 weeks while I was waiting for parts to arrive in the mail to replace parts I had that were ruined by an electrical storm. They answered my phone calls, answered my questions, listened to me, and were overwhelmingly genuine to be around. They took time to explain things to me (more than once if I needed it). They didn’t at all overcharge me or try and take advantage of me by recommending things I didn’t need. I couldn’t recommend these guys more highly. If I ever need PC help again, I will immediately go to them again without hesitation. Tom and Brian both helped me and were genuinely decent people. They actually seemed to have my satisfaction in mind the whole time. Fantastic experience!
