Brad and his Dad are a warm welcome to a frustrating day when my vacuum(s) didn’t work. Thought about scrapping both. After the repairs both vacs work great and I feel like it is a bargain for two to repair than going to buy a new one. Fun guys to talk to!

This \man\ quoted me 128.00 to get my vacuum fixed. He called me after it was done and told me it was going to cost 179.00. I asked him politely why the upcharge, and he told me he charged me 20.00 more for labor because he chose to clean the vacuum. (That still does not add up) He never called me to ask if I approved this. He then started screaming at me to \come get my vacuum\ and used language that would make a sailor blush. I told him he was being unprofessional and I will be leaving him a bad review. He said he doesn't \give a damn\ about reviews as he kept screaming at me. I will be getting a police escort to the shop to retrieve my vacuum. Please do not give this trash your business!!

So incredibly impressed with their good work and great value. I really didn't think my 30 year old hand-me-down sewing machine could be fixed and run well, but it just purrs. I don't know how they did it, but I am so thankful.

I've gone to Hutch Vac and Sew two times over the last three years for relatively low cost parts for my older vacuums. Both times I was treated like a customer buying a new machine. Also received follow up calls as promised. I also enjoyed looking at all the old and new used sewing equipment. Great Place.
