I dislocated my shoulder and still had a lot of pain a week later. Stephenie AHS helped to take tension off the injury by releasing the muscles that were still pulling and inflamed. Took a good amount of the pain away! Was not aggressive on a very sore injury.

I started going to Alternative Health Services almost 2 years ago after I fell and hurt my shoulder. I read about Alternative Health Services pain therapy in the Hutchinson Leader and decided to try it. Stephanie helped my shoulder and since then she has helped me through total knee revisions on both my knees. Stephanie does great massages, but will also work on a special area if needed. Stephanie has a great knowledge about how a bodies bones and muscles function and give you a specialized massage. When I go to Stephanie for a massage, I feel like a get a very specialized massage. She will always ask if there is a certain area to work on and I don’t feel like I ever get “just” a massage. I highly recommend Alternative Health Services
