My biggest complaint wasthe pay scale. It is the 1970's. Most empliyees had to work 80 hrs a wk to make ends meet. The raises were non existant. They charge clients exorbatant rates and then add a fuel charge on top of that. From what I seen and heard the franchise owners were not hurting much less struggling financially. It didnt pay me to back my car out of the garage by the time I figured off my expense I was making around 5 dollars an hr. Didnt feel valued or conpensated for my yrs of experience. Most clients complained about the cost and also that they never knew who was coming to their home. They felt very vulnerable.
