Sad experience from start to finish. Nothing but false promises, three months of dealing with workers for a “couple of days” worth of work, lies and more deceit from Nicholas Bauer and other staff at All Seasons Heating and Air. Paid for the job Sep 2nd is when the check was cashed. Today almost three full months later, multiple arguments with Nicholas and other staff and many lies later of “the job is 100% complete” I get an email saying they finished it. Staff under prepared every visit to property, needing to go back to town to get parts and whatnot since they were so underprepared leaving the house unfinished for months. Along with the longest line of excuses you could ever come up with as far as why they can’t make it out for the day or something else that delays the process. Even if you are in a rural area, look for other “professionals” as said by Home Advisor look elsewhere or even learn for yourself to not deal with this incompetence and blood pressure issue they will cause you. Don’t let their false sense of knowing how to do things properly fool you. They are not properly trained in business or how to install things properly. I was told “yeah we’ve done that before at my own house”. That’s not going to cut it for anyone again. If you can’t handle the job don’t accept it. Wish I could of gone a different route. Didn’t know I would be taken advantage of like that by this company. Be warned. Keep your money and let these unprofessional laborers finish their lives making less money elsewhere. Don’t do them the favor.
