I have never been happier to hand over my credit card to a business. My furnace was not starting this morning, so I gave them a call and they were able to schedule a visit for the same day. The technician, Chris, reset it a couple of times, and it just started to work again! Obviously this is an older furnace that will need to be updated at some point, but after the year we have all had, it is such a relief to have it working while I can save up money to prioritize the replacement. It is so refreshing to work with a company that has integrity. While Chris refused my marriage proposal, I'm not so heartbroken that I would call anyone other than HVAC Solutions when the time comes to replace the unit. Thank you again for your quick availability, your honesty and integrity!

HVAC Solutions came out and removed a 15 year old attic A/C system that had failed and leaked into the ceiling. When the work was completed they lowered the price as it took less time than originally expected. I don't know many companies that would do that. Very pleased with the professional work and cleanliness. I highly recommend them, not something I can do very often.

I had a great experience with HVAC Solutions. This is the nicest company you could deal with. Jason had come to my house to do an estimate for the AC installation and explained everything very clearly and professionally. The installation team (Matt and Shean) was excellent. Super friendly, professional, well organized and very clean. I was very impressed how fast they got the job done. Also, the price was very reasonable. I'm so happy with my AC unit. I needed a new whole home / central humidifier installed because my old one kicked the bucket. I'm in the local construction industry and know that HVAC Solutions does great work on our commercial projects. I was really happy to hear they did residential projects as well. Jason came out to view my system and walked me through all the options explaining the pros and cons of each. We settled on one that was affordable and easy to maintain. He gave me a quote and we scheduled the install. Sean and another guy came out and did the install. They arrived early, wore booties, had all the correct parts, kept the area clean and tidy and had it installed very quickly. They walked me through how to maintain the new humidifier and where to get filters. Super professional, high quality install. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a local Heating and Cooling company and I found that HVAC Solutions is a local Colorado Springs, CO company. They were simply amazing and I cannot say enough. My water heater went out the week right before the 4th of July. I thought it was covered under a home warranty repair, and it turns out it was not. They came out at 7am at my request to look at my water heater and by 10am they were back installing the new one. I appreciate everything because they were closed the following day (Friday) for the 4th of July observance and instead of making me wait until the following week, when it had already been nearly a week without hot water, they rearranged their schedule! When it comes time to replace my air conditioner or furnace which both are getting old, I am definitely calling them!
