Tom and his team did a very professional install of two flat screen televisions, a smart thermostat, and front door lock. We ended up with a smart home delivered by a smart team led by Tom Crabtree. On time, on target, and will keep them on call. Would recommend New England Home Automation to anyone who wants a job well done!

What I especially appreciate about this company is their post-sale support. Two of my Nest cameras failed in less than a year, and dealing with Google’s customer service is often frustrating and unhelpful. NEHA installed the two replacement cameras and ensured they were set up correctly and recording properly, dealing directly with Nest’s tech support staff.
