10 minutes (and only 20) and I my vacuum was fixed and I was out the door! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Totally surprised and grateful that a place like this still exists. They have a lot of bulk cleaning products too which means I don't have to keep going back to the store for more. Such a helpful place! (Watch out though, this place is located AS SOON AS you get off the ramp! Luckily, make the next right just past the store and there's a little parking lot in back with steps to the shop.) I highly recommend this repair (and cleaning supply) shop.

Having shopped for supplies and having received vacuum repair for years, I have to recommend this fine establishment for excellent service.
THE go to place for vacuum repair. Superb service. Trustworthy. A throwback to personal quality work. (And don't worry about the humble store appearance. This place is the real deal for repairs.)
My first time there but certainly not my last. Fixed the problem, which I properly diagnosed - a ha, just what I thought; but I couldn’t find the problem when I partially dissembled the vacuum. Guess that’s why you take things to a repair shop for the experts to fix. And experts they are! Fast, friendly service at reasonable prices. (Asked for an estimate on another vacuum I’ll b bringing in, and received a reasonable quote.). I agree with all the positive, previous reviews.
Love this place, been around since the 50's, has old time feeling and offers great customer service, the ultimate in small business!! Check it out. Offers cleaning supplies for cleaning businesses, and fixes and sells refurbished vacuums and sells their parts,belts, and bags too!
