I've hired Pure Works to clean 4 different office locations for me, each time has been nothing but amazing. They are very accommodating, very professional as well. I will continue to use them. I highly recommend them!

I was so impressed with their ratings online and the telephone professionalism. Unfortunately it was good until it wasn't! They came and did a horrible job cleaning. The floor was so sticky, my shoe almost came off with each step! I purchased a 'deep clean' but they told me I didn't understand what a deep clean is. They will not wipe window sills or dust ceiling fan blades to just name a few things. There is a laundry list of things they won't clean when deep cleaning. Jay's polite demeanor had me excited about the cleaning they were going to provide. I asked to change the date for the service, which she gladly accommodated. However, when I asked for clarity about the cleaning they were to provide, she was agitated. So agitated, she told me she would no longer honor the date we agreed to. I waited for them to show and they didn't. I called and called and got no answer. An hour and a half after they were to show and a few text messages later, I received a call telling me they were not coming. All I can say is 'Buyer beware.' BTW Pure Works - you did not have my permission to put pictures up of my job! Take them down. It was foolish to post them anyway because if you stretch the pictures open, you will see the filthy wall you left under the microwave and the filth you left all the way around the kitchen floor.
I scheduled an appointment with Pure Works, and made arrangements for my dog to be out of the house weeks in advance of the appointment. At 11:00 PM the night before my appointment, I received an email asking to confirm my appointment, but when I replied the next morning, the message was undeliverable. I attempted to reply via a link in the email, but there was no option to send a message in that system. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. At 8:05 AM, I received a message telling me that they would be rescheduling my appointment. Not asking me, telling me. Because the arrangements I made for my dog, I told them that would not be feasible and I requested a refund. They told me that I had to download Cashapp to receive a refund, or I’d have to wait 7 days. When I told them that I would not be downloading Cashapp, I was told that it would actually be 14 days. I found that extremely suspicious and have had to dispute the charges with my credit. Do not trust this business.

I’ve hired this company 3 times and I have to say they’ve done a phenomenal job. The owner is very pleasant and they are very reasonable. I did recommend to my other facilities. Keep up the great work guys!
