I moved to the DMV from Jersey about a year ago, and have been searching far and wide to find some delicious Indian food comparable to home! Spice6 did NOT disappoint! Portions were huge, the food was both spiced AND flavorful, came fresh and hot! My reason for 4 stars is : the two sauces I selected came mixed so I didn’t really get their individual flavors, and the combo that I purchased was pictured with naan but I didn’t receive any. Otherwise, delicious!

I like this place a lot after a few visits, but stick to the bowls. Nice, friendly staff. This original location has great flavors and fresh toppings, and the fresh naan is outstanding. Sauces and chutneys are piquant and flavorful. Greens taste fresh, and Indian sauces are a far better topping for them than most "American" salad dressings. But the lamb kabobs in the kabob entree were overcooked the one time I tried them. Considering that's the star ingredient, and the kabob entree is also breaking the 15 price point w/tax, at that point your Indian craving might be better sated by carryout from a better equipped, full-service kitchen. But for the bowls (under 10), you can't go wrong. All the meats and combinations have been very good in bowl form. It's great, fresh, local. Definitely try it if you like south Asian food at all.

Food was great. However, i purposely did Curbside pickup for my order for obvious reason. Tried calling as instructed. Took 15 minutes and nobody picks up. Ended up having to go in to grab my food order.

This place is my favorite. I visit plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The stuff is very welcoming and the food they serve is so flavorful. I never decline to have a nice meal in this restaurant. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Had naan pizza and a wrap. It was really nice. Pizza is a must try. Take green chutney only if you can handle really spicy food. They have different options with naan and rice bowl. Good place for quick bite and vegan friendly.

Very unique concept of combining indian cousin in a form of bowl. Tried custom bowl option it was very good, very nice test and great service.

I always describe this as the "Chipotle of Indiana food." When i lived in College Park I was an absolute regular. The portions are huge with fresh ingredients and such bold flavors. Everyone I've brought have loved it. Now that I live in Arlington, it's a bit of a drive but the 3 times I've wound up back in the area, I've always stopped by for lunch!

The food is overall good. At one time visit, I’m spending more than 100. I bought 6 ordered of tandoori chicken. The sauces they gave with that was 1 sweet tamarind and 1 spicy green for 6 orders. When I asked for more sauce, they charged me 1 for each sauce. How is that even fair when I had 6 orders and I’m spending at 100 at this place. They should have given at least 6 sauces. It’s not worth to go to this place.
