THERE IS SO MUCH TO SEE AROUND HERE. SO DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND CHECKOUT THE SURROUNDING AREA'S. IF YOU ONLY WANT TO SEE THIS SITE AND THE 5 BUILDINGS THEY OFFER BUY THE AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL PASS. IT WILL GET YOU IN ALL NATIONAL FOREST AND SITES IN ALL STATES FOR FREE. IT PAYED FOR ITSELF AND SAVED US MONEY AFTER MY WIFE, SON AND I VISIT THIS SITE. ITS 80 FOR THE YEAR AND IT GET IN 3 ADULT, ONE CHILD TO ANY NATIONAL SITE. IF YOUR 62 OR OLDER ITS A LIFE TIME PASS.

Beautiful place. Take the hike up to Top Cottage. I was too late to tour the home but I will go back.

Buildings are closed. Trails are open. Go on Eleanor's Walk and the Top Cottage Trail. Use the phone number on the signs to listen to the history of the place!

It was a great tour! I definitely recommend the tour. The house itself was really historic, and it was cool to be able to come inside. We learned a lot from our tour guide. It's more of an educational experience, but it's still entertaining.

This was a surprising home. Very modest and normal. ER was an amazing woman and I can't wait to learn more about her. The gift shop was lack luster. I will have to go to Amazon for my souvenir and books.

This park is right around the corner from my house, so I love it here. It's very peaceful and generally not very busy. While visiting, don't forget to hike to the top cottage!

Beautiful historic site located abou two miles from the FDR PRESIDENTIAL MUSEUM. The museum gave me a small map with directions to Eleanor's cottage which was very helpful. There was no admission fee. I was given a guided tour of the estate by a park employee and I learned a lot. There was a brief video before the tour started which was also interesting. Since my visit I have ordered books on Eleanor's life and her autobiography. This site is a must see on your presidential tour. Bring your cameras but flash is not allowed.
