We moved into the community 6 months ago and have been very happy. The neighbors are friendly, and there are a lot of kids for our son to play with. The town homes are much nicer than a lot of the options that we had looked at to rent and Scott is there anytime to help us out if we need him. It is close enough that you can ride your bike to the beach. It is also close to 95 so that our commute to work has shortened as well. The only downside is that there are very few amenities, basically just the pool, but the preserve is right next door and the beach is close. All in all, it is a great community!

Me and my family moved in three months ago and we couldn’t be happier to live in this beautiful, quiet and clean neighborhood. The management is very helpful and responsive. Houses are modern and spacious, everything is new. Dream place to live. Highly recommend to everyone out there!

We just moved down from CT so we were expecting the whole moving process to be more complicated. Thanks to Scott everything went smoothly and worked great with us. I absolutely love it here. It’s a small quiet gated community. The highways are super close making it easier for commute. There’s a grocery store literally across the street from here. The townhomes are huge with tall ceilings which I love. I would not think twice to renew my lease here. It was a great first choice for our first new home down in Florida.
