I’m not impressed with the service department on simple tasks like oil changes. We had our first service at 5000 miles they did not remove the old oil filter gasket so we lost all the oil and got stranded on the side of the road and had to be towed in to the dealership. The oil change at 10k went fine with no problems. We took it in yesterday at 17k and had the oils changes and when my wife asked if they put synthetic they said they did not see it on the ticket so they put conventional oil in. The Service advisor said sorry we will put that in next time. This is unacceptable service if we paid for full synthetic oil thats what they should put in and if they messed up they should fix immediately not say we will do next time.

Our vehicle was serviced quickly & efficiently despite our vehicle not being a Hyundai. The service persons were very courteous. We were very impressed with the overall service. I will continue bringing my non-Hyundai here.
I called to ask how much it would be for them to check the onboard computer and how much it would cost to replace it. Their diagnostic alone was 135 dollars and the computer was 975. By far the most expensive option in the area. It was insane. I just hung up and called around other places and got a way lower price. Don't even bother with their repair service. It is the most expensive. Support a local smaller auto shop instead.
Went for oil change on leased Kona. Service was done in a timely manner.
