My engine has failed twice now due to manufacturing issues. I brought it in and from day one I asked if I was going to be issued a loner car because we are a one car family so it’s a huge inconvenience, they had my car for a month and I was never given a car to use it has been such a stressful and horrible month of calling and being passed around without answers. They had absolutely no regard or sympathy for average people like ourselves who need our car to put food on our table and just do everyday things. We placed a complaint with corporate who couldn’t even find our information and wanted us not to think “ they didn’t know how to do there job” they did nothing for us I show up to finally pick up our car and they have the nerve to ask if we wanted if washed after already waisting our time that was a slap to face that they literally couldn’t even do that before we picked it up. The cars look nice and so do the prices but they won’t do the least to help you when there cheap cars break. Hyundai of El Paso gave my family the worst experience possible and showed us who they truly are after you purchase from them I would give them zero stars if I could I can’t imagine people who are in a worse situation then myself and possibly loosing a job or being left without a vehicle in an emergency due to their lack of decency to give people a replacement when it’s their manufacturing is at fault.

Joel Morales Jr. was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was able to answer almost any questions we had. If he wasn’t completely sure of the answer, he was not too proud to ask for assistance from his fellow sales associates or managers. He even stayed late in order to ensure that we got an item we left in our old vehicle. His service and knowledge changed our minds from just looking to purchasing. The overall environment of Hyundai of El Paso has always been very good and inviting. These are a few reasons I keep going back to get my future vehicles.

I can understand that taking my vehicle in for service at a moment’s notice can take a long time for it to be inspected/serviced. But, when you make an appointment for an oil change which should take 30 minutes max, we were told that it will take two and half hours and for us to come back later to pick it up. This is not good service. You need to understand that we expect you to honor the said appointment and work on my vehicle. We made the appointment because you made it available for us to use it. If you’re not going to honor that time slot, then what is the use of making an appointment? Let me ask you something. If you make an appointment to get your hair done at 11am and they take you two and half hours later, will you be happy? It’s an oil change. Like I said before, it shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to get this done. One other thing. The complementary car wash never got done. Not even within the two and a half hour wait. Can it be that you this is too much for your dealership to organize and accomplish.
