This place is small, but staffed with knowledgeable, friendly/courteous staff, which makes the experience feel very \homey.\ Additionally, they had a no-cost shuttle take me to a local grocery store while my car was being serviced and when I got back to the dealership (courtesy Hyundai of Lincolnwood) my car had also just finished up. I was pleased to have found them and will definitely go back.

This was my first visit to Hyundai Lincolnwood, having returned to my hometown of Chicago after living in So.Cal for many years. I loved the service I received at the Hyundai dealership where I lived. I was hoping I would receive equal quality service here. And I'm happy to say that I did! I spoke to Rich on the phone to set up my appointment. He explained things well. I was taken to him when I brought my car (Sonata) in for service. I received a full checklist of what they did and the status of all items. I was very appreciative of Rich's time explaining things to me, as the place was very busy that day. But I got in and out of there in pretty good time. Also met a nice salesman in the showroom, Alex, and when I'm in the market for a new car, I will be giving him a call.
