The brakes on my '19 Veloster needed some servicing before heading home to NY after a long trip to visit family and I'm very glad I chose Hyundai of Longview. Service was excellent. It was quick and thorough and they did everything I asked for. Customer service was excellent as well, everyone was very kind and easy to work with. Next time we visit family if I need work done on my vehicle I will definitely bring it back to these folks!

I received an email stating that I needed to get a software update on my car. I tried to use the link they provided to sign up for the service, but their program would only let me sign up for a major service appointment and I couldn't make any other type of appointment. I tried calling. I was passed off FOUR different times, despite clearly explaining EACH time what it was that I was needing. The last person apparently went to pass me off, yet one more time only to hang up on me! If this is professionalism, I would hate to see what amateurs do with such issues!
