My experience at Ibett Ink could not have been more professional, more intimate, or more customer service oriented. They helped me to get same day embroidery, and not only that, they have such an extensive inventory, I was able to find and create a custom cutting board SAME DAY! The owner and associates went above and beyond to listen, give guidance, and assist me throughout my entire experience. Could not recommend a better place to purchase customized gifts, or search from a large inventory of fabulous heart felt gifts that are priced very fairly! Thank you!

Love this store! They have a nice variety of gifts and different brands you don’t see anywhere else. You can tell that the owner is always on the search for original gifts that are good value and good quality. Beautiful soaps, diffusers, candles and so many other items. Ibet Ink offers amazing customer service and the owner is warm, sweet, and always willing to help. Plan on going back every time I need a gift, invitation or embroidered item!

My company requires that I have many items monogrammed or embroidered and my long term supplier of such services retired so I went on a search. I tried some that had high ratings and they were not the customer service nor did they offer the customization I needed. I decided to look again and found this to be not the closest but by looking at photos looked like it might fit and it did and then some!!! Yvette took care of all the things I needed for my company and then I started seeing gifts for those that have "everything" but they didn't have what she showed me! I also of course started finding things I had been looking for for myself such as stationary, hostess gifts and clothing! I also FINALLY found a place that can do all of my equestrian embroidery needs. I'm reminded of Scrivener's and this being a one stop shop where I can get things that I can not find anywhere else and not see coming and going. Looking forward to getting my weekender and garment bag with a special custom monogram that was at no additional cost. I found the perfect set there and Yvette worked with me to come up with this fun unique monogram and changed all the standard colors to my favorites. I keep going back because I leave something I've seen for the next visit which is usually often because they finish my orders so fast and very well! Very comfortable place and very very professional and creative! I've FINALLY found a one stop for promotional products, monogramming, great one of a kind decor, fun clothing and gifts!!!

Yvette and Erica can do anything! ibettink is my favorite store! I am able to go in for a quick gift or be able to get everything I need for my son's Bar Mitzvah from the invitation to the kdis t-shirts and know that they will be great! And trust me, everything was AMAZING! I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me!

We had an event and needed embroidered shirts last minute. Yvette and her team were not only quick to respond, but they were able to get our shirts back to us the same day looking wonderful!
