Customized 12 x 18 photo on canvas of my recently passed away dog. Beautifully executed. Very personalized service, great interaction with the production team and delivered across the country in about 8 days. 50% off during one of their sales. Incredible. I've ordered several large canvases wrapped in wood frames the last few years and they NEVER fail to solicit compliments and questions about where in the world did I get such beautiful artwork in my home. HUGE FAN.

I ordered two pieces of art, both of which are beautiful. They both arrived before they were expected to arrive. One of the pieces arrived in perfect condition. The other piece arrived, but the print is crumpled and it begs the question, \why did I pay so much for this\? I have reached out to customer service and they have not reached back out. It says to allow at least three business days for them to follow up and have not heard back. I emailed again and will wait I suppose. I also called, but it just tells me that they don't have anyone to answer the call and then it tells you to use their customer support. I am pretty bummed about this. My hope was that it would be successful and I'm still holding onto some hope that they will contact me. If I do not hear back regarding the art that did not arrive in good condition then I will proceed with another route. 50% of my order arrived in good condition so that's the silver lining if I'm looking for one. I would just say if you don't get a piece that's in good condition, please keep in mind that you will have a very hard time being in touch with their customer service.

I had accidently chosen the wrong item and realized it when my package arrived. I contacted Customer Service and explained what happen and in the mean time, placed another order for the correct one. They were awesome about what happen. There was a slight delay in getting me my refund, but after a few additional emails, I did get my refund.

Tho the art is beautiful, these are not the colors I was expecting and I'm not going to be able to use this. I have been emailing since last week for someone to reach out to me. I ordered a 60x40 and I see that there is an 85 shipping fee for oversized artwork. This is something we need to have a conversation about. I need someone to contact me. This is some bad business. I am already sceptical of ordering off line and you confirmed why I feel that way. I wish I had never ordered this mess. I will not use your service again. The 24-48 hours to respond has been up.
