Mrs. Susan Kretchman here, thanking Alec for the excellent service and repair of my IPhone. He explained my options to me in order for me to make an informed decision. He was able to make the necessary repair and because of information I provided to him, I received a discount. If you're an AT&T customer, get a referral from your store representative--it will help lower your total cost. My quote for time needed to work on my phone was an hour--it was completed within 45 minutes.

Brought in my iphone6 which hadn't been charging properly for months... any slight wiggle & the phone would lose connection and stop charging. I was more than willing to pay the 90 estimated quote they gave me to replace the charging port. Came back an hour later and was told there was actually a piece of lint jammed in the corner of the charging port (I had cleaned it myself previously, but evidently missed that). They were able to clean it out, and verify the phone was charging fine, even when wiggled, and gave it back for FREE. Made my day. Great customer service and I appreciate that they checked that before going ahead with the replacement.

I want give a big S/O to the Icare Phone Repair Shop in the Meridian Mall for a tremendous work on my cell phone when I broke. It only took them 30 minutes to fix, and all the guys showed great customer service. They were all respectful to the customers that came in.

These guys just opened a location in the Lansing mall as well and they are awesome! Made my iPhone look even better than before with a custom color front and back and even the home button. My cousin liked it so much that he wants to go get his iPad done too. THESE GUYS ARE PROFESSIONALS! Great job!
