Only rented one speaker/mixer, but my experience working with Denver was superb!

If I could give negative stars, I certainly would. This company does not value the customer. Our church purchased speakers from ICB and while still under warranty, one failed to work. While Sales Rep Alex Lewis acknowledged that it their responsibility to repair or replace the equipment, I have had to plead with them since August 1st to come honor their warranty and service the speaker. After numerous phone calls and emails our church is still without the proper sound. First they said they needed to order parts, then by mid August the Service Tech VP - Jim Greene said they needed to \assemble a team of technicians\ to come out. More weeks went by, and no one replied to my emails pleading for help. I received no resolve at the Sale Rep level nor the Tech VP level. I have asked to speak to the president of the company in hopes that someone will actually honor the warranty! In late September, Alex apologized for the delay and told me he had three techs who would be coming to work through the issue for me THIS WEEK. It is now late October and they have not done a single thing to help our church get our speaker fixed. If you are looking to purchase or rent any audio or video equipment - and you will actually NEED this equipment - then look elsewhere. If you have money to waste and your sound needs are unimportant, then spend lots of money at ICB.

Ian, Tad and the team at ICB Audio & Video have been exceptional. We contracted them for help with our new office space. Their expertise, pricing and delivery allowed us to proceed with confidence which, in turn, allowed us to focus more on our core business and the plethora of other things involved with our move. Being a technology company ourselves, we needed a bit of a \wow\ factor in our main conference room where we meet and entertain our clients. We also demo some of the products we are consulting our clients on in that room. Everything works (with ease) as proposed not only in that room, but throughout entire our space. There is no way we could have thought of all the things their expertise brought to the table. They have made it readily apparent to us that they are completely committed to a happy customer experience. Based on our experience, that's not the norm in the world of technology. We all know of cases where plenty of money is spent with good intentions, but things don't work (or never worked) or maybe only one person knows how to use the technology. Thanks to ICB, that's not us.
