Nice place that offers rolled ice cream, frozen yoghurt, and some other yummy treats. Friendly and outgoing staff who took the time to answer our questions. We had a great conversation with the two workers there. The space was clean and the ice cream was delicious. Will definitely be back next time we’re in St. Petersburg!

Took a friend out for lunch and randomly stopped by for dessert. I have never had rolled Ice Cream and loved the experience. Chip was super helpful and made me exactly what I wanted despite my many decision changes. Definitely where I’ll go for ice cream locally.

We randomly made a trip out to St. Petersburg and pulled in to try rolled ice cream. We honestly thought it was normal ice cream, but were pleasantly surprised to experience rolled ice cream for the first time. My husband and I ordered shakes, and our daughters enjoyed the rolled ice cream. Customer service was pleasant as we were new with several questions, and only one employee was working. The parlor was empty which was nice because we were in there confused before ordering for a minute, but thankful that we didn't have to rush either. Because we ede literally out for a drive, our experience was pretty nice to top it off with a new ice cream treat that we didn't know existed.

Definitely a really cool place to take children and an awesome concept, except you should probably have employees in there that are more interactive with the children instead of ignoring their questions and laughter. As if they have no personality at all... My daughter and I was so excited to get there, because via Google, it says you open at one, we got there at 2:30 to find all the doors locked music blaring through the place which you could see in one of my photos all lights on and not an employee in sight.even the sign on the door said that they opened at 1 o'clock and we had tried to enter the building at 2:45... we took a long walk down the road and as we were leaving, because I parked directly in front of the ice cream shop, I realized there were customers inside, so we actually did go in and get a treat from the girl you had behind the bar that answered, none of my child's questions ignored her ,. And didn't even send us off with any type of goodbye. Waited so long to experience this and I don't think I'll be ever going back. you make it seem like such a fun place all over social media when in reality it is far from it.

Such a unique, fun, delicious spot to grab dessert and treats. You see exactly what is going into your ice cream...fresh cream & toppings of your choice, that's it! Such a delightful experience watching them create your ice cream right in front of you and then to make it even more delightful you can add unlimited toppings (like fresh fruit, nuts, boba, candy, sprinkles, cereal, a selection of sauces & more!) to your rolled ice cream for no additional cost! The staff is always so sweet and courteous as well. They are also one of the few places that offers Bubble Waffles & dragon ice!...among their many other creative, delicious & eye-catching desserts! Go! You will love it!

This is a must-go ice cream place in St. Pete!! The ice cream was amazing and the customer service was even better. Not many places truly care to see their customers leave happy but the owner at Ice Berg made sure that everyone enjoyed their ice cream and time in the shop. Amazing experience!!

First time here. Loved the personality of the servers. Watching him create our orders was fun! So many flavors to choose from! Thai rolled ice cream was fabulous! Highly recommend checking this place out! Next time we make it back to St. Pete, we will definitely be back!
