Was looking at the piercing display box on Sunday on the 8th around 3pm at front of the store thinking about getting me some on my lobes, and then the girl working with reindeer antlers implied that my hands were unsanitary and not fit to touch the FRONT DISPLAY BOX. It was quite rude. Not happy, turned the entire !

My daughter was super excited about getting her ears pierced, but also extremely nervous. Sheena & Kaylyn did such an amazing job with her! After looking at my daughter's earlobes, Sheena recommended that we use the earing that has a longer post since my daughter's earlobes are thick like mine are. That immediately showed me that she looked at my daughter as an important client, instead of just another sale for the day. This meant the world to me, especially when she helped my explain to my daughter why she couldn't get the Elsa earrings that she had wanted. They did both ears at the same so that it was less of an ordeal for my daughter, and they even encouraged her afterwards! I would also recommend getting the ear solution that makes it so that the healing time is 3wks vs 6wks, it will lessen the chance that your child will get impatient, (6wks feels like an eternity to parents as well) and try to switch their earrings out early. If you're considering getting your little one's ear's pierced, this is definitely the place to go!
