After a traumatic experience of trying to get our daughters ear pierced at the pediatrician, I contacted Heather at Icing. She has pierced two of my other kids ears and we regret not contacting her to start with. I cannot say enough positive things about Heather. She not only answered all of our questions and concerns, but gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process. The store is very well kept and clean. They take all the necessary safety and precautions that you would expect at a piercing facility, and then some. Heather was patient and helpful throughout the entire process of piercing my daughters ears. What I thought was going to be difficult due to the negative experience at the pediatrician. She is very good with children and the piercing itself was quick and painless. I would recommend anyone to Icing and especially to Heather.

I went to get my ears pierced this past Friday and it was my first time coming to this store. I was a little nervous just because I was getting my ears pierced after getting surgery on my first holes, but when I went into the store I explained to the workers that I will be a little hard on them because of my first experience, and they were so kind with me. I think the young lady that pierced me named was Keisha. She was so patient, kind, and understanding. I had her change my dots a few times because I'm crazy, but she was okay with it and when the piercing was done , I loved it. If you want to get pierced make sure you go to Icing and get pierced with her. She's amazing!

So I just recently got my second and both cartilage done. My seconds are off and my left second hole is too close to my first also, my right cartilage is higher than the left cartilage. I’m kinda disappointed because I paid a lot to get it done and now I have to go back to get it fixed . I’m happy they’re willing to fix it, I just wish it was right the first time.

I just got my 3 month old daughter’s ears pierced here. She was done by the managers herself, Heather C. She was very knowledgeable and was very patient and understanding with it being a baby. She recommended the best earring to be sure she wouldn’t have a reaction to the metals. Was efficient and quick, allowing us to calm our baby after. The rest of the staff was awesome as well!
