Not very happy with ICTickets. Due to Covid Brantley Gilbert concert had been postponed. Have not heard anything else or seen anything else about this beside facebook. They said hold on to your ticket as they will reschedule. How convenient that I looked further into this not realizing they were accepting refunds, but only until June 14th. ICTickets made is sound like it was postponed and no refunds before until I found this out. Not very happy with how they do things and not mention offering refunds.

Horrible ticket service. Purchased some tickets the day and time they went on-sale. The website apparently lack the capacity to handle the sales traffic. After refreshing for about 2 hours, got some tickets. A few days later I check for some tickets again just to see. To my surprise there were better tickets available now at the same price. I called in to check what I could do and they said nothing. That those better seats were release from a so called \production hold\. Makes no sense to hold tickets and then magically put them back on sale later. They are ticket scalping their own tickets at no cost to them just to increase sales. If I could give them amateur company 0 stars I definitely would. Definitely not satisfied with this experience and this company's shady tactics.

I encountered a slight issue and called their offices to resolve it. I spoke with the manager Matt Anderson. He was so kind and worked with me to swiftly resolve the issue. Through the experience, I could feel this is the kind of place that cares about its customers.
