I ordered a bunch of stuff for my Bullfrog Tub and this Company meet all the check marks - lower price on the products I was looking for than other websites had. !5% discount I received in my email from signing up my email to be notified of deals and specials they have going on, from a past purchase I made from them. Shipping did take a little longer but it was free shipping, so worth it. I also received a personal email from them Thanking me for purchasing from them again and I thought that was very thoughtful & Friendly of them. Love when a Company provides the whole package!! I would definitely buy from them again and I only do reviews of Companies that Wow me!

Leisure Time has good products and their install and service people are great. But we kept getting the run around with our female sales associate and took longer than it was original told to get our gas fire place insert in and no communication from our sales lady on what is going on and when items were going to be installed. Due to the way we were treated we will never buy any item from Leisure Time ever again. We were excited about getting our new gas insert but the whole experience was a nightmare from Leisure Time. Would not recommend anyone do business with them.

I was having trouble finding cartridges for our hot tub and came across Leisure Time Inc's website. They not only had the product but it was cheaper than my local supplier who was out of stock. The rep was very helpful in placing my order and even though I placed the order after 1:00 p.m. they shipped it that same day. Fantastic customer service. I am a loyal customer now.
