Had a roof rack problem that did not meet the specifics of the manufacturer(s). Explained my situation to Conner and he was willing to take the time to pull out boxes, open them and allow me to try until we found exactly what would work. I had contacted manufacturer twice and had been to several other \outdoor\ stores with no other real help. Thank you Conner and thank you River Sports for having good people that will take the time to make things right!

The most professional and friendly place! I stopped in randomly to inquire about a paddle board and lesson and they couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. A big thank you to Bailey who came in on her day off to give me the best lesson and teach me how to paddle board! Again, the nicest people, a great shop, and dog friendly (Loki loved all the attention)!!! I will be sure to visit every summer! Thanks Idaho River Sports!!!
