I own a small business and I understand certain exceptions around the holidays but I was told they would be open until 4pm. I arrived on my lunch break thinking I can have a simple embroidery done on a beanie for an older lady who often gets cold. It would've been the perfect Christmas gift. Instead, I was told they were no longer taking orders at 2:30pm. I work in the mall and see them do great work all the time. It was my first time using their business and I would've gladly paid DOUBLE to get this perfect gift. It's unfortunate I could not get this gift during their regular business hours. Had I had known they stopped getting orders I would've arrived late to my job to get it done. This has left a bad taste for me and I wish them the best with others. Note* the person there should've notified me the cut off was 2p as I was there just as he was opening before the fact. In this case the customer is in the wrong for shopping "too late". Note the response and make judgment for yourself.

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. I’ve been coming to this Mall for years, I was always curious of iembroidery and my only regret is not going to them sooner! The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone to use their services! Super fast even through this holiday season and convenient.
