Seems like they have disappeared from the face of the Earth they have our money from the July 4th Cruise which was cancelled. We just got a stay safe from their website . stay away from this company.

Me my wife and my sister-in-law booked a cruise for the July 4th fireworks looking at this company's website it looks like the cruise is cancelled but you can't ask anyone you don't know anything you don't know about the refund policy my sister-in-law has been trying to contact them for a month to see what's going on we left a ton of messages made many phone calls obviously no email no answer no anything just aggregation so right now we are in limbo and they have our money it's a bad feeling especially in this time when the money is very much needed . called some other companies and had no problem getting through to see how they are handling their pandemic cancellations and they already emailed and refunded they're customers like this company should have done already . we'll give them another week to see if the company really cares about their customers. Then we will take the appropriate action against these people. I have an update. filed a complaint with the attorney general, and will be filing with more agencies. Also called some media outlets. The fun is just beginning! !!!!! Heres an update got my money back. Thank god for the Attorney general. Anyone out there in the same position call the Attorney General.

Was booked on the 4th July fireworks display trip with this company which was cancelled. Have been emailing and phoning for last few weeks with no success to get a refund. I booked through Eventbrite and paid through PayPal who have also been unhelpful in gaining a refund

I had a wonderful time on the cruise. When I first showed up the line was very long but it moved pretty quickly. The security were pleasant as well as the staff. The DJ was Phenomenal! I ordered a meal 10 Sliders no cheese, just lettuce and tomato and it was delicious as well with the fries, my hubby ordered buffalo wings they were under cooked but overall we had an amazing time celebrating.

My wife and I have called and emailed this company countless times since April 2020 requesting information on the July 4th Fireworks cruise in NYC given the COVID-19 social distancing laws without a response. We have now learned the show will not occur as planned and therefore we are not getting what we paid for. I have requested a refund and reported them to the FTC. I am calling the Attorney General next and will file a complaint for fraud. Do not use this company, stay as far away as possible!
