I’ve taken more than 5 devices to get fixed. Not only they are really good a fixing your device but the costumer service is impeccable. Even on a massive snow day (like today) Alex kept the store open until I could make it there!!’ Amazing store. I’ve been a costumer for years and would recommend it to ANYONE!!!

I had my sons screen replaced awhile back. The screen became unattached to the rest of the phone. I called to see if the screen was still covered under the warranty; they told us it was as long there were no cracks on the screen. We took the phone into the store the next day and they proceeded to tell us it was not covered under warranty due to the length of time it had been since the last replacement! Told us it would be 150 to replace it but they would give us a 10% discount because we were told misinformation! Sounds like a bait and switch tactic! Would not recommend!

My experience with iFix Southaven was amazing!! Alexander was the representative who helped me and his customer service was great! It didn’t take them long to fix my screen, so I will definitely return here in the future. I highly recommend this location!
