He had a weird Dell toner cartridge that I needed desperately. I'm sure he takes used cartridges and refills them, but he's very good at it. I don't go to a printer toner place for a good time and friendly banter. I go for toner. I was not expecting kindness and joviality in our exchange - just toner, which he delivered! When I got home, I realized that the cartridge cover wasn't snapped into place fully once it had been refilled with toner. I called the owner and he walked me through the process of snapping that little cover into place. The cartridge worked perfectly and is still functioning today. WILL use this place again when I need toner.
