I want to thank Igui pools, especially Marcelo for selling my above ground pool, installing it and giving great customer service. During this pandemic I work from home and I needed to get out of the house and there is nowhere to go. It’s too hot to be outside unless you are in a pool. A regular pool was double the price and they said at least 6 months. I was able to get in my pool in 6 weeks, that included building a deck around the pool. Due to the Covid there was a shortage of wood that delayed construction a few days. I want to thank Alfredo Rohaidy for the beautiful deck. I love my pool. Thank you Marcelo
My family and I have been wanting to get a fiberglass pool. We were referred to Marcelo at igui pools. Since the beginning, he was patient, respectful and informative. I never felt pressured or rushed. The pool was delivered and installed with no issues. We are all super happy. Highly recommended!!! Muchas gracias Marcelo!!!
They refuse to respond. I went in twice, I sent my home survey, I called over 10-15 times. One of the gentleman even came out to my house for the cost estimate (after missing the appointment he originally set). I've had to continuously contact just for him to send me some email, that he has STILL never sent me. If you don't want the business just say that but this is completely disrespectful for me to have to run you down to get some sort of assistance and business. I literally live down the street and the associate lives IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD...He makes it seem like I'm not a potential customer or my money isn't wanted. I see them on instagram all the time. They have time for instagram but not to help a potential customer. Sad! If it's hard trying to get them to answer now, imagine when you give them your money. Would not recommend them at all unless you feel like hounding them for months just to get them to return a call. At this point if I could give zero stars I would. Save your money and take your business elsewhere, where they care.
If you are looking for a cost effective pool look into IGUI fiberglass pools. They have different sizes to fit your needs. Great service and installed in a timely manner.
