Inferior material was not told it was what they were selling me and they went up a dollar square foot as well. Said would reprint and did not. Do find another place to get you wraps done.....

Brian came out to my location and was very helpful; polite. After a week or so of not getting the actual written quote and invoice, I contacted the business. I left my number with a nice lady. After not receiving a call back, I contacted the business again; once again I left my number with the nice lady. On the third call to the business, I finally got Brian and he said that he would send the quote, he did. After reviewing the quote and invoice, I called back because there were 2 items that were not listed; I left my number with the lady again. After not receiving a call back, I called back to speak with Brian to get an updated quote; I left my number with the lady again. This time he was actually in the office just on the other line. To this date, I still have not received communication from Image 360. This has put me in a bad situation because I am going to have to start the process over with another company and my deadline is rapidly approaching. If Image 360 could not or would not be interested in working with me, I wish the owner, Brian, would have just told me up front; I wouldn't have to be scrambling to get my project completed.
